- Focus Groups
- Online Surveys
- Usability Testing
- Eye Tracking
- Mystery Shopping
- Brand Equity Research
- Name awareness research
- Reputation research
Write your answers in an HTML document. Save the document with your team name and include team member names at the top.

On-line Surveys
Part One
Let's look at one way of collecting information on the Internet - the online survey. Click here to answer a survey question I prepared for this class. Answer the questions and then click the "Done" button.
Next, we'll take a look at the information collected by the survey.
Part Two
Write out five branding/identity/marketing questions you might want to ask customers about your client.
Once you have five questions written out, review them with your instructor and select two/three of the best questions for your final survey.
Sign up for this free online survey tool and use your final questions to create an online survey. Select Email/Web Link format for delivery. Then email the name of your company and your survey link to student@coreyfayman.com
