AD3345 Digital Portfolio

For this assignment, you will start working on the graphical design of your final project. This is the area where you can be most creative in your artistic ideas. You may use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or any other graphics program to develop your designs.

Deliverables

• Comp/mockup of your homepage
• Comp/mockup of a portfolio page

Technical Requirements

• Mockups should be sized exactly the same as your final web pages. File resolution should be 72 ppi.
• Delivered in either Photoshop (.psd) or Illustrator (.ai) format
• Save all files in a folder named "FirstinitialLastname_mock" and place on file server in folder indicated by your instructor at the beginning of class on the assignment due date.
• Self-hosted, WordPress or Wix-based portfolios need to be indicated

Design considerations

• Is graphical representation high quality and complete?
• Does the site work well with your logo and branding?
• Are all icons and imagemaps clear and understandable?
• Is the text readable? Is menu text easy to understand?
• Do the interface controls relate stylistically to each other? Do they look like part of an overall system?
• Is the appearance and placement of interface controls consistent?
